Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Jenjoy has no player account or automatic save syncing between devices. Deleting the app may delete your progress. Contact support before uninstalling if you have a save problem.
Why does the game need internet?
New advertising-enabled builds require an internet connection to play. They check a small connection endpoint and connect to Google’s advertising services. Earlier test builds may behave differently. If the connection fails, check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again. The connection check does not upload your puzzle progress.
How do hints and rewarded ads work?
Hints are limited, with free daily replenishment. When an eligible rewarded ad is available, choosing to watch it can earn three hints. The complete reward must fit in your hint balance, and daily reward limits apply. Closing early does not earn a reward. Restarting a puzzle is free.
Will an ad interrupt my puzzle?
Interstitial ads in new advertising-enabled builds are scheduled only at completed-level transitions, after three qualifying completions. They are not placed in the middle of a move. An unavailable ad should not hold up the next level. Advertising remains in test mode until the device integration is verified.
I watched a rewarded ad but did not receive hints.
Return to the game and allow it to finish processing. If hints are still missing, email the developer with the approximate time, your Jenjoy version, and what you saw. Do not repeatedly tap or click live advertisements to test them.
Is Jenjoy available on the App Store?
Jenjoy is currently being tested. This page does not offer a public App Store download. Use the test invitation supplied to you; features in development screenshots may arrive in a later build.
Can a parent ask about their child’s data?
Yes. A parent or guardian can contact the developer at the address above. Please do not send a child’s full name or other identifying information unless it is necessary to explain the request. The privacy policy explains local saves and third-party advertising.
Support is provided by the independent Jenjoy developer. There is no automated player account recovery service.
