Your information
Privacy policy
Updated 31 October 2026
This policy describes Jenjoy and this support website. It covers the new advertising-enabled game builds. Earlier test builds may not contain advertising or require internet access.
The short version: your puzzle progress stays on your device. Jenjoy has no player account or in-app purchases. New builds require internet and use Google AdMob with child-restricted, contextual advertising settings. Advertising services still process technical data.
Who to contact
Furkan develops and supports Jenjoy under the filoft brand. For privacy questions or requests, including requests from a parent or guardian, email info@filoftstudio.com.
Progress and settings on your device
Jenjoy stores your level progress, move records, settings, recent undo history, hint balance, daily challenge progress, character choices, and local ad-reward records on your device. These make the game work and help prevent the same reward being granted twice. The developer does not operate a player account system, cloud save service, or gameplay analytics service.
Deleting the app may delete this local data. There is no automatic progress sync between devices. Device backups or platform services, when enabled by you, are governed by their own settings and policies.
Internet access and the connection check
New advertising-enabled builds require internet access to play. The app requests a small text file from the Jenjoy website to check connectivity. This request does not include your name, level history, hint balance, or a player identifier. Our hosting provider necessarily receives technical request information, such as your IP address and the requested address, to deliver and secure the service. A successful connection check does not guarantee an ad will be available.
Advertising and third-party data
The game uses Google AdMob, provided through Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs, for optional rewarded ads and occasional full-screen ads between completed levels. Rewarded ads are offered in exchange for a clearly stated number of hints; tapping an ad is not required to earn that reward. New builds schedule interstitials after three qualifying completed levels. Test builds may use Google sample ads, which do not generate advertising revenue.
The app applies child age treatment to every ad request, limits the requested ad-content rating to G, disables the publisher first-party ID, and requests contextual rather than interest-based advertising. It does not request Apple’s tracking authorization or access to the IDFA advertising identifier. We do not add third-party mediation networks or Firebase Analytics.
These settings do not make advertising anonymous or eliminate all data processing. Google’s SDK can process an IP address, device and app information, advertising delivery and interaction information, and performance or diagnostic data to deliver ads, maintain security, and prevent fraud. The app disables Google SDK crash reporting on iOS; other technical processing may still occur. Google’s handling of data, including retention and international processing, is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and its advertising information.
The developer receives aggregated advertising reports, not a copy of your local puzzle save. The app checks Google’s privacy status before initializing ad requests. Any privacy options required by the SDK are made available from the game’s settings. If an ad cannot be loaded, no ad reward is promised.
Children and families
Jenjoy is intended for a broad audience, including children. We apply the same child-restricted advertising settings for all players; the game does not collect a date of birth to divide players into age groups. The Google consent request is marked as under the age of consent, which suppresses consent requests that are not appropriate for those users.
We do not ask children to provide a name, email address, precise location, photo, contacts, or a player profile. A parent or guardian may contact the developer about information they believe was provided. Please provide only the information needed to identify and address the request.
If you contact support
Your email provider and the developer’s email provider process the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. The developer uses them to reply, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Do not include passwords, payment information, verification codes, or unnecessary information about a child. Support correspondence is kept only as needed for the request, follow-up, and applicable record-keeping obligations.
This website
This website provides game information, support, and this policy. We do not add advertising scripts, marketing cookies, visitor analytics, contact forms, or user accounts to the site. Our hosting and network providers can process technical request data to serve and protect it. Email links open your own email application; following an external link takes you to that provider’s website and privacy rules.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the app, remove its local data through your device, and contact the developer with privacy questions or requests. Where the game’s SDK requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available in settings. Requests about data independently processed by Google may also need to be directed to Google through its privacy controls. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, or contacting a data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. New data uses will be described before they are introduced into the released game.
